My name is Nicole – thanks so much for stopping by. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. Your time is valuable, so for those who are short on time:
I am an adventurer, a dreamer, a sister, a daughter, a wife, and a friend. I live in Hamilton, I have two cats named Cello and Edi, and — why you have presumably found yourself here — I teach yoga.
For those who have the time for a good story… read more about me on my blog.
Find your yoga
I’m not a bendy-pretzel-crazy-inversion-contortionist yogi. I get stiff. I get sore. But I get on my mat anyways, and work out the kinks; moving deliberately, tenderly. That’s my yoga.
My goal as a teacher is to help you find your yoga. To encourage you to move in a way that feels good for your body and guide you through your own journey.
Using the physical practice of yoga as the foundation for my classes, I offer plenty of modifications along the way to support students of all levels of experience and ability. By linking the breath to the movement, I encourage you to create a beautiful balance of softness and strength in the body, allowing for a meditative flow. But don't take my word for it — read what some of my students have to say.
I love yoga for its ability to help foster peacefulness, mindfulness, relaxation and rejuvenation for the body and the mind. There is nothing like the feeling you get when you walk off your mat after an awesome practice. I hope to share that experience with you.
